Ángel integrates their experiences as a community health worker and sex educator into their somatic healing practice to guide people back to their soul's purpose, ancestors, and joy. Angel's mission is to teach effective healing and burnout prevention practices to empower change-makers experiencing stress and systemic oppression through breath work, shamanic dance, somatic movement healing, meditation, and resiliency coaching. They believe all bodies, all minds, and all spirits deserve healing, justice, joy, equality, and liberation.
